However, once our team has started working on your project including research, data verification, citation submission, outreach, or reporting the order becomes non-refundable. Our services involve manual, custom work that requires time, effort, and coordination with external directories and platforms.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following situations:

Order Cancelled Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has started, you qualify for a full refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.

Service Not Delivered as Promised

If we fail to deliver the agreed service due to internal error and no reasonable correction or alternative solution can be provided, we may issue a partial or full refund based on the work completed.

Unexpected Technical or Scheduling Issues

Third-Party Directory or Platform Actions

Citations are published on third-party directories that we do not own or control. If a directory later edits, removes, rejects, or modifies a listing due to its internal policies, no refund will be issued. Where applicable, we may offer a reasonable alternative submission.

Citation-Specific Considerations

Local citation building involves third-party platforms with independent guidelines. While we submit accurate and compliant listings:

  • We do not guarantee permanent acceptance of listings
  • Directory rules, moderation decisions, or future changes are beyond our control
  • Listings rejected due to incorrect client-provided data are not eligible for refunds

Where possible, we may attempt corrections or submit to alternative equivalent directories at no extra cost.

Custom Orders & Bulk Packages

Custom or bulk citation orders are evaluated individually.

Bulk Orders & Discounted Packages

  • Refunds apply only to work not yet started
  • Completed or in-progress work is non-refundable
  • Partial refunds, if approved, are adjusted at standard pricing, not discounted rates
